About Our Founder

Amanda Falzone

Having over eight years of high level, fast pace recruiting on both the agency side as well as the Corporate side of the business, Amanda always put the applicant first. While she loved working in recruiting, she noticed how little support our local job seekers receive. 

In 2018, You're Hired Rochester launched. Amanda's goal was to be that support system a job seeker needs - someone who isn't recruiting them and only wants to BEST for them. The business started to grow, and she was able to dive into YHR full time in late 2019 fully. Since the beginning, she's worked with hundreds of local job seekers with resume writing and career advisement. Amanda also started presenting on career exploration and teaching classes through the Rochester Brainery and Rochester Rotary on creating a compelling resume. 

In 2020, Amanda launched her Outplacement Services to local companies to help alleviate their stress when it comes to downsizing. She partnered with local staffing agencies as well as provide companies the industry knowledge and experience to help support their employees. 

In her free time, Amanda is a freelance makeup artist that specializes in Events and Special FX makeup!
