Rochester Brainery: Uncovering Your Career
Updating your resume and finding a new career can be daunting, but it doesn't have to be! The first half of your class will go over resume etiquette and tips and tricks on making your resume come to the top of the pile. The other half of your class will be all about empowering you to figure out your passion and turn it into a career. Bring any questions, we will certainly get down to the bottom of your challenges and try to fix them.
Please note: The cost of this class includes one drink for those 21+. There will be a happy half-hour from 5:30pm-6:00pm, and class will run from 6:00pm-8:00pm.

About the teacher:
Amanda Falzone entered the workforce that she found her true passion in helping the people of Rochester find their own career paths. Currently, Amanda works full time for a large non-profit organization where she is in charge of the hiring and onboarding process as well as employee recognition. In 2018, she launched You're HiredRochester, a business that focuses on the career development of local job seekers and a blog that highlights different career paths, hiring practices, as well as local companies, organizations, and entrepreneurs. She is also on the HR Committee for the YMCA of Greater Rochester Board of Directors where she focuses on their recruitment methods.
